New Patients

This information is important for us in order to be aware of any factors that may affect the treatment choices that are available to you. Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.


Please note that we do not accept TennCare.
As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs. Our insurance coordinator deals with many different insurance companies. These companies can change benefits, co-pays and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patients’ insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Patients are responsible for their co-payment at the time services are rendered. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time consuming. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.


We’re also pleased to offer our patients CareCredit, North America’s leader in patient payment plans. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget. CareCredit works like a credit card, but is exclusive for healthcare services. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatment. We also offer an Open Account Plan. This plan allows for four payments to be paid out over a period of four months. The first payment of one-third is due at the time of treatment, the second payment is due one month after treatment, the third payment due two months after treatment and the fourth and final payment due three months after treatment.
